Daily Habits
To encourage a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, Moodji has designed five Daily Habits that promote "Sleep Tight, Moderate Exercise, Go for a Walk, Occasionally Busy, Focus on the Present." These habits are simple, mutually reinforcing, and help you take small steps towards becoming a better version of yourself. Completing these habits will reward you with Leaves.
Sleep Tight
The following Sleep Statuses will help you complete the "Sleep Tight" daily habit:

What Are the Criteria for Sleep Status?
The criteria for Sleep Status are based on your personal sleep goals and history, not rigid numbers.
Your goals for sleep time and duration are customizable in Routine Settings. However, for your health, Moodji recommends setting a target of 7-9 hours of sleep per night.
Among these, "Radiant Start" not only considers sleep duration, bedtime, and pre-sleep screen habits, but also evaluates sleep quality. Moodji uses a comprehensive assessment of sleep data (especially deep sleep duration) to determine your sleep quality. Don't stress—the benchmarks are based on your own sleep history. If your sleep quality isn't great, these sleep habit tips might be helpful.
Moderate Exercise
The following Activity Statuses will help you complete the "Moderate Exercise" daily habit:

Go for a Walk
The following Activity Statuses will help you complete the "Go for a Walk" daily habit:

Occasionally Busy
The following Activity Statuses will help you complete the "Occasionally Busy" daily habit:

Busy (Red Block) = Few steps + minimal screen usage
Busy might be a somewhat abstract status, but it actually appears in many scenarios in daily life and has its own unique value.
Focus on the Present
The following Activity Statuses will help you complete the "Focus on the Present" daily habit:

Streaks
Completing all the Daily Habits in one day will activate a "Streak," helping you maintain a healthy routine and earn extra Leaf rewards.
How to Achieve a Streak?
- Complete all 5 Daily Habits.
- Use Droplets to complete challenging Daily Habits and maintain your Streak.
How to Unlock Streak Badges and Display Them on Your Profile?
- Streak Badges are automatically unlocked after reaching each streak milestone.
- Streak Badges will automatically display on your profile and update to the latest milestone.
- After resetting your streak record, your Streak Badges will remain.
Droplets
Building and maintaining habits can be challenging. "Droplets" are a way to help balance your body and stick to your habits more effectively. When you're tired, give your body a break by using a Droplet to complete a habit task "indirectly" and maintain your streak. When you're feeling active, challenge yourself to complete more Daily Habits and accumulate more Droplets, achieving balance while maintaining your habits.
What Does "Use Droplets to Complete" Mean?
You can use Droplets to complete a habit and ensure your streak continues. Once used, the habit is marked as complete, but you won't earn a Leaf reward. You can still earn a Leaf reward if you reach the habit's corresponding status later that day.
Go to "Home - Daily Habits - Habit Card - Use Droplet to Complete." Once used, the habit is marked as complete, but you won't earn a Leaf reward. You can still earn a Leaf reward if you reach the habit's corresponding status later that day.
How to Accelerate Droplet Recovery?
- Challenge yourself with high-intensity habit tasks (like Radiant Start, High-Energy Burn, Flow Focus).
- Complete multiple habit tasks corresponding to different statuses.
- Subscribe to PLUS for an automatic daily Droplet replenishment.
You can store up to 5 Droplets. Once you've reached 5, further progress will not accumulate.
